Safety is one of our core values. The Safety of our staff and clients is of the utmost importance.

 At Jason Powell Plumbing we are helping prevent the spread of COVID-19 and are using the following methods to ensure you are in safe hands with our team. Please note as the COVID-19 situation is dynamic, the information outlined below is subject to change with any given situation.

Social Distancing

All staff are trained to maintain a distance of 1.5 meters when visiting your home to comply with current government guidelines.

Hand Washing Procedures

All staff have been trained and carry out safe handwashing procedures using Hand soap / sanitiser and gloves for every job. All our staff carry good hygiene equipment including anti bacterial wipes, antibacterial soap and gloves. Thorough hand washing is carried out before, during and after every job.

Use of personal Protective equipment

Our staff have always followed strict safety rules in accordance with industry bodies, NECA and Master Plumbers. We will continue to put the safety of our customers and staff first by using appropriate safety equipment.

If a customer shows cold or flu like symptoms we will reschedule their work

When our staff contact your clients to book in specific jobs, questions may be asked questions in relation to the ability to social distance at specific properties to help prevent the spread of COVID-19

Our Staff have been asked not to shake hands

Our friendly staff would normally shake clients hands on arrival at properties for any works to be quoted or carried out, Over this period our staff have been asked not to shake clients hands due to current government guidelines. We have been operating since 2004 in the local area and always want you to know you are in our safe hands.
